Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly under their own terms and privacy policy. Stripe may set cookies during checkout.

How we use your information

To create, produce, and ship your order; to send you order confirmations and status updates; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: payment processing (Stripe), authentication (our login provider), email delivery, and shipping carriers. They receive only what they need to perform their service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies required to operate the site (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Third parties such as Stripe may set their own cookies during checkout. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

Data retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
