These Terms govern your use of 3D Prints Design and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.

Custom, made-to-order products

Every item is custom-made to the text and colors you provide. By ordering, you represent that you have the right to use the text and any names you submit, and that your content is not unlawful, infringing, offensive, or a violation of anyone’s rights. We may refuse, cancel, or decline to produce any order or content for any reason, at our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for what you submit.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is processed by Stripe. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors. We may cancel any order and issue a refund where appropriate.

Cancellations and refunds

Because items are made to order, you may cancel an order only before it enters the printing phase (while it is still awaiting payment or paid-but-not-yet-printing). Once production has begun, the order will be completed and shipped to the address you provided. After that point your only recourse is to contact support, and no change, refund, or replacement is guaranteed. All sales are final once printing begins.

Shipping

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for orders that are undeliverable, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Delivery time estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Site content and branding are owned by us or our licensors. The display typeface is used under its applicable license. You receive only the physical product you purchase and no other rights.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will exactly match the on-screen preview (colors and finish may vary).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Prints Design will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the content you submit or your misuse of the site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
